others. The scent of these soaps makes them very effective against any
insect. Dr Bronners Peppermint soap is a very effective tool against
roaches. It is an environmentally safe soap to use. Spraying directly on
roaches will kill them. Experiment on strength to use. Try 1 capful per
quart. Use in kitchen and where roaches are seen. Spray along their paths
to repel. TKO Industries Organic Orange TKO, 128 Ounce Orange TKO will also kill cockroaches. Use 1 tablespoon per
quart water. They can not develop an immunity to this. Many people prefer
this because it has no scent. It's a concentrate, so use a few drops per
quart. Spray directly on roaches. Citrus Soap is a safe natural dissolver
to kill cockroaches with. Experiment with strength needed to kill them.
Try a capful first. Herbal Soaps can be a very important tool in your
fight against the cockroach. Read the label first then try it out.
Insecticidal soaps are made from fatty acids and are excellent for soft
bodied insects. Safer Insecticidal soaps can be blended with any of the
above soaps to increase effectiveness.
Tabasco Soap?
Tabasco sauce and soap works great as a liquid repellent sprayed outside.
Simply add 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce into a quart spray bottle filled
with water and a tablespoon of a natural soap (such as Dr. Bronners
Peppermint soap). Spray along where the walls of your house meet the
ground. Spray also in areas outside where they hang out. This will keep
them away. This mixture can also be sprayed directly on them to kill them.
Using Oils (extracts)
Coconut Oil will coat the cockroaches and will suffocate them. Add a dash
soap to this and increase its effectiveness. Experiment for proper
strength.
