Here is a good organic
fertilizer formula for you to use. |

For the Lawn makes apprx
50lbs.
10 lbs Organic Fish Meal
10 lbs Organic Alfalfa Meal
10 lbs Composted Horse manure (cow, sheep, llama, etc ok), screened.
10 lbs Rock Dust
1 lb Wood ashes (if available)
10 lbs Compost |

Blend all ingredients together
well, and apply four times per year, or as needed. Sprinkle thin layer over lawn and water
well. |

Lawns love compost, so top
dressing lawns once per year with a good rich compost will keep the soil alive and allow
for deeper root systems and a pest-free lawn. Compost should be raked into lawn and then
watered well. |

The best time to apply compost to
the lawn is in early spring (or as soon as last frost is over). |

For best results, spray your lawn
monthly with a liquid seaweed such as Superseaweed or Nitron's A-35 or Agri Gro Turf Formula,. There are many natural fertilizers available on the market today. These are
just a few examples which I have selected therefore can recommend them on to you. But I strongly suggest
that you be careful of the products on the market today and that you ask questions, read
the ingredients. Is it 100% Organic? What else is in it?. |
