     Steps to correct Problem:

  1. Control your watering. Use longer water less often. This allows for deeper root systems.

  2. Top dress lawns with compost and rock dust at least 4 times per year for best results.

  3. Spray soil and lawn with Nitron A-35 and Superseaweed. use also Agri Gro Turf Formula or mix all together.

  4. Use any natural soap as a wetting agent. Use 1 tablespoon per gallon water.

  5. A good application of compost several times per year will help to increase soil bacteria and earthworm traffic. Compost and rock dust will also increase the minerals available to the soil and the lawn. This will increase roots and increase health of lawn and soil.

  6. Aerate lawn/soil at least once per year. Aerate before you topdress to increase effectiveness. Do not aerate dry or wet soil. Water a few days before you aerate. If soil is too wet allow to dry a little.

  7. Spray your lawn monthly with a liquid seaweed and apply a  slow release organic fertilizer (like C. P. Organics Bird Guano 12-12-2-). or try Nitron Nature meal twice per year and spray with Nitron A-35 or Agri Gro several times per year.  Or use Bradfields Lawn fertilizer.  I personally like to use them all for best results.
