Description of Damage:
Leaves are curled up, possible fungus growth. Ants/aphids are present

Reddish or greenish, usually no wings unless mating season, very small. usually
found on buds and undersides of leaves.

Short Term Solutions:
Control ants, see Dances with Ants Dept control over head watering, avoid high nitrogen fertilizers, apply compost/mulch, plant
society garlic to repel, bury tobacco at base of plant. Vit C is also an effective way of
controlling aphids on your roses. Use 1,000 units per gallon water. Hang Garlic cloves
around roses. Crush first then use needle and thread to hang onto plant.
Long Term Solutions:
Use drip or soaker systems, apply compost regularly, control pest vectors such
as ants, bury tobacco at base of plant..1,

1.Tobacco is absorbed into roses, kills aphids and most other pests. Avoid tobacco
that has additives, and other chemicals. Naturally grown is always the best. Grow your own!
2. Garlic kills em dead!
